Jalapeño & Pineapple Relish-Topped Burgers

Cooking Method

1. Cook the Burgers
   Grill or pan-fry burger patties until cooked to your liking. Add cheese slices in the last minute to melt.

2. Assemble
   Toast burger buns lightly. Spread mayo or aioli on the base, add lettuce, then the burger patty.
   Spoon a generous amount of jalapeño & pineapple relish on top.

3. Serve
   Top with the bun lid and serve immediately with fries, slaw, or grilled corn.
