Method.
What you need: 1 large egg; 160g very soft butter; mixing bowl; wooden spoon; 2-3 baking trays; greaseproof paper.
1.Pre-heat oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4
2. Line trays with greaseproof paper.
3. Add the contents of the bottle, egg and butter to a bowl and mix until a smooth dough is formed.
4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Divide into approximately 20 3cm balls, place these evenly spaced on the trays. Press each ball lightly with a fork.
6. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and cool before eating. Once cool, store in an airtight container.
