Our rich, thick and creamy Classic Clotted Cream is meticulously created in small batches, each curated to ensure an authentically smooth texture and taste.
Made by heating full-cream cow’s milk, our Classic Clotted Cream is smooth in texture and slightly yellow in colour on the surface.
Traditionally a favourite for afternoon teas, Classic Clotted Cream is the perfect accompaniment piled on top of warm scones from the oven, then covered with a liberal helping of one of our succulent sweet jams, such as our Cottage Delight Strawberry Whole Fruit Jam, for a great afternoon tea experience. It’s also excellent in a variety of sweet baked treats!
