At Cottage Delight we take great pride in ensuring that all of our products are produced to a high specification, in a safe environment and supplied to our customers in perfect condition.
At the point in which you place your order with us you, enter into a contract with Cottage Delight, which is completed when your goods are delivered to you.
The price you pay for your items are correct at the point of ordering and we will not refund monies should the cost of any item decrease due to promotional offers.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your delivery does not arrive safely with you and is damaged, please contact our Customer Service team on 01538 382020 option 1 or email [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of order. We will resolve the problem via a replacement order or refund. We will require photographic evidence and may request the items are returned to us. In this case, we will arrange collection.
In the unlikely event that there is a quality issue with your product, please contact our Customer Services team on 01538 382020 option 1 or email [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of order. We will then investigate the issue and will require photographic evidence, batch numbers and best before dates. We may request the items are returned to us and arrange collection. In this case a replacement or refund will be arranged.
If we have sent an incorrect item, please notify our Customer Services team on 01538 382020 option 1 or email [email protected] as soon as possible or within 14 days. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item/s you ordered, we will send you this as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item. In the case of a replacement or refund we will require the incorrect item/s back. In this case, we will arrange collection. We will issue a refund on receipt of the returned item/s.
Cooling off period
Most orders placed with Cottage Delight are covered by our 14 day satisfaction guarantee. You can return the item by notifying us within 14 days of the item being delivered. All items must be returned unused, unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for any postage & packing costs incurred.
