- 150g 70% dark chocolate, chopped
- 100g Orange & Scotch Whisky Thick Cut Marmalade
- 125g granulated sugar
- 4 free range eggs, separated
- ½tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 45g cocoa powder
- Icing sugar, for dusting
- Zest of 1 small orange
