These lightly grilled salmon steak pieces and large prawns are delicious, glazed with our award winning Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.
1 large salmon steak
8 large prawns
Lemon to serve
Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce

Cooking Method

  1. Start by slicing the salmon into medium bite size chunks. Skewer the salmon and prawns, alternating between the two.

  2. Brush generously with Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.

  3. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until ready.

  4. Serve with the rest of the Cottage Delight Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, fresh salad and a squeeze of lemon.
