Tangy Orange Dippy Eggs

A tangy twist on an egg-cellent classic, Dippy Eggs. This breakfast recipe is super quick & easy!
1 small chocolate egg of choice
3tbsp vanilla yoghurt
1tsp Tangy Orange All Butter Curd
1 hot cross bun
Caster sugar, for sprinkling

Cooking Method

  1. Slice and toast your hot cross bun. Whilst waiting for your bun to toast, crack the top of your chocolate egg.

  2. Spoon in the natural yoghurt. (If yoghurt isn’t for you, add melted white chocolate instead)

  3. Carefully spoon your Tangy Orange All Butter Curd on top like the yolk of an egg.

  4. Butter and slice your hot cross bun into slices. Serve with a sprinkle of caster sugar for an extra sweet touch. Enjoy!
