- For the freshest cocktails in town, use frozen berries as ice cubes and garnish your cocktails with freshly picked herbs.
- Strawberries / Strawberry Jam
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 limes, juiced
Hull and slice a handful of plump British strawberries and muddle with 2 tablespoons of sugar or add Strawberry Jam.
Squeeze the juice out of the two limes into a large pitcher. Add gin and club soda.
Pack with ice and garnish with mint sprigs. Serve using vintage tumblers garnished with more mint and strawberries.
