Mini Beef Burgers

- This recipe is quick and easy to make, while the burgers are cooking, the kids can get busy preparing whichever toppings they like best!
- Ingredients:
- 750g minced Aberdeen Angus beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1tbsp tomato ketchup
- 75g fresh breadcrumbs
- 1½tsp salt
- 1tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 12 mini bread rolls
- Cheddar slices, to serve
- Salad, to serve
- Hickory Smoked Barbecue Sauce to serve

Cooking Method
Mix the beef with the onion, Worcestershire sauce, tomato ketchup and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with your hands then shape into 12 mini burgers. Grill or fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or heat a large frying pan to medium heat and cook through each side.
Toast mini bread rolls under the grill. Sandwich the burgers between the bread with cheese, salad and dollops of Hickory Smoked Barbecue Sauce. Secure with cocktail sticks.
