Pulled Pork Bap

A classic, easy pulled pork recipe. No tricky measurements involved and minimal ingredients.
2kg of boneless pork, shoulder with skin removed
3tbsp olive oil
2tbsp paprika
2tsp mustard power
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp brown sugar
500ml cider
12 buns
Bramley Applesauce to serve

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 160°C fan / gas 4.

  2. Mix together the olive oil, garlic clove, mustard powder, brown sugar, onion salt, and paprika and rub over the pork.

  3. Put the pork in a large oven dish and pour in cider. Place a lid on top and cook for 5 hours.

  4. When cooked thorughly, remove pork from the oven and shred with 2 forks.

  5. Serve within buns and top with British Bramley Apple Sauce.
