- A classic, easy pulled pork recipe. No tricky measurements involved and minimal ingredients.
- 2kg of boneless pork, shoulder with skin removed
- 3tbsp olive oil
- 2tbsp paprika
- 2tsp mustard power
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 500ml cider
- 12 buns
- Bramley Applesauce to serve
Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 160°C fan / gas 4.
Mix together the olive oil, garlic clove, mustard powder, brown sugar, onion salt, and paprika and rub over the pork.
Put the pork in a large oven dish and pour in cider. Place a lid on top and cook for 5 hours.
When cooked thorughly, remove pork from the oven and shred with 2 forks.
Serve within buns and top with British Bramley Applesauce.
