- Ingredients:
- 4 breaded chicken fillets
- 6tbsp Katsu Curry Paste
- 100ml plain yoghurt
- 50ml coconut milk (optional)
- Basmati rice
Cooking Method
Cook breaded chicken in the oven at recommended packet instructions.
To create the sauce, in a pan add yoghurt and curry paste and stir through. To create a milder sauce, add coconut milk. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it into thin pieces, serve on top of cooked rice, and top with your sauce.
