- Here’s a really quick and easy mid-week supper or weekend lunch dish, made with just a few, simple ingredients.
- 375g ready-rolled puff pastry
- 3tbsp Spicy English Mustard Sacue
- Sliced red onion
- Six halved cherry tomatoes
- 100g of grated cheese
- Basil leaves
Heat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. Unroll 375g ready-rolled puff pastry onto a baking sheet and score a line 3cm from the edge.
Spread 3tbsp Spicy English Mustard Sauce over the centre of the pastry, being careful not to go over the score lines.
Scatter over one thinly sliced red onion, six halved cherry tomatoes and 100g of grated cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden, garnish with basil leaves and serve.
