Sweet Chilli Chicken Wings

Simple and easy to make with minimal prep these sweet chilli chicken wings are so delicious!
3tbsp vegetable oil
1kg chicken wings
1tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
1tsp paprika
1tsp ginger powder
100g plain flour
½ jar Sweet Chilli Jam

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200. Add 1tbsp vegetable oil to a baking dish and add your wings.

  2. In a bowl, mix flour and seasonings together before covering your wings equally. You can use as little or as much as you like. The more flour you add, the crunchier the wings will be.

  3. Mix the wings, seasoning and oil in the baking dish to make sure all surfaces of the chicken is thoroughly coated.  Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes.

  4. Whilst the wings are baking, add 2tbp vegetable oil to a small saucepan along with ½ jar of Sweet Chilli Jam. Bring to the boil whilst stirring. Once boiled, put aside.

  5. After 20 minutes take the wings out and pour over the sweet chilli marinade and put back into oven for the remaining 10 minutes.

  6. Once cooked, serve with salad and seasoned potato wedges.
