- Whole salmon (approx. 1.5-2k)
- A jar of Sweet Chilli Jam
Preheat the oven to 160°C/325°F/Gas 3. Place a prepared whole salmon (approx. 1.5-2k) in a large roasting pan.
Gently warm the contents of a jar of Sweet Chilli Jam and spread over the salmon.
Cover tightly with foil and bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes.
Remove the fish from the oven and carefully lift from the pan on to a serving plate.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with new potatoes and asparagus.
