- A simple salmon dish that is tender and packed full of flavour.
- 1 salmon fillet
- Dash of olive oil
- 1 tbsp Orange & Stem Ginger Thick Cut Marmalade
- Salt &pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 190°C/fan170°C/gas 5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, season the salmon fillet and add to the frying pan for around 5 minutes, searing all sides until golden-brown.
Remove the salmon from the pan and place onto an oven proof dish.
Mix the Orange & Stem Ginger Thick Cut Marmalade and sesame seeds together and spoon over the top of the salmon fillet. Place into the oven for around 12-15 minutes until the marmalade glaze is oozing over the salmon.
Serve with new potatoes and a wedge of lemon.
