500g Oats
200g Unsalted butter
200ml Honey
200g Tangy Orange Curd
100g Dark Chocolate

Cooking Method

  1. Place the butter, honey, and Tangy Orange Curd in a saucepan and heat until melted and combined. Remove from the heat and stir in the oats.

  2. Spoon into a large cake tin or baking tray and bake on a medium heat for 20 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool in the tin.

  3. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan containing a small amount of water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.

  4. When the flapjacks have cooled, remove from the tin and drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
