Thai Sweet Chilli Halloumi Skewers

- Springy halloumi cheese, pan-fried in a sticky sweet chilli sauce
- Ingredients:
- 2 blocks of halloumi
- 220ml bottle Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2tbsp sesame seeds
- 2tbsp olive oil
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Cooking Method
Cut halloumi into large rectangle shaped pieces (they should be like large slabs, rather than small and thin pieces)
Drizzle a generous serving of our Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce over each slab of halloumi
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat before adding each slice of halloumi, cook until gently browned on each side
Once cooked, place on a serving platter and insert wooden skewers into each cooked slice
To finish, drizzle over more Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce and sesame seeds
