2 Lamb Burgers
1/2 Jar Smoked Beetroot Chutney
150g Halloumi Cheese
Small Bunch Watercress or Sweat Pea Shoots
100g Sour Cream
2 Brioche buns

Cooking Method

  1. Grill the lamb burgers, turning occasionally. Then add halloumi for the final few minutes and grill on both sides until lightly browned.

  2. To assemble, add 1Tbsp sour cream to the brioche base, then place the lamb burger on top, followed by a generous serving of Beetroot Chutney, watercress and top with halloumi, more chutney and the brioche. Serve with fries or salad.
