Goat's Cheese Tart

- Ingredients:
- 150g Soft goat’s cheese
- 60g Creme fraiche
- 1 Sheet puff pastry
- ½ bunch rocket
- 1 Large egg (beaten)
- 50g Walnuts (toasted)
- 4Tbsp Real Ale Yorkshire Chutney

Cooking Method
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan. Grease a large oven tray, line with baking paper and roll out puff pastry sheet. Leave to one side.
Place the goat’s cheese and creme fraiche in a bowl and combine using a fork.
Using a sharp knife, score a 2cm border in from the edge of the pastry then brush the edge with beaten egg.
Within the border of the pastry, spread Real Ale Yorkshire Chutney to create a base. Scatter the cheese mixture over and bake for 18-20 minutes until the pastry is puffed up and golden. Stand for 5 minutes and scatter with rocket and walnuts to serve.
