Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini

- Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Blood Orange Marmalade
- Handful ice
- Double shot cooled espresso
- 1Tbsp chocolate sauce
- 60ml vodka
- 25ml orange triple sec or 1 tbsp orange syrup
- Twist of orange zest and cocoa, to garnish

Cooking Method
Add the marmalade to a small saucepan and heat gently to loosen. Remove from the heat, leave to cool and then strain to remove the peel
For the cocktail, add the ice, espresso, chocolate sauce, vodka and orange triple sec/orange syrup to a strainer. Add 2 tsp of the strained marmalade
Shake well until the shaker feels icy cold to touch
Strain into a chilled martini glass, dust with cocoa, garnish with a twist of orange and enjoy!
