Tomato & Red Pepper Pasta

300g Pappardelle pasta
1 Red peppers, chopped
2 Beef Tomatoes, chopped
1Tbsp Olive oil
1 Jar Tomato & Pepper Pasta Sauce
Parmesan Shavings to serve

Cooking Method

  1. Chop vegetables and leave to one side.

  2. Cook Pasta as per label, until soft and tender.

  3. Pan fry vegetables in oil for 5 minutes on high heat. Turn down the heat to low, add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Once pasta is cooked, drain and add to the pan, toss until evening coated in sauce mixture. Serve with parmesan shavings.
