Sticky Plum & Hoisin Duck

Aromatic plum and hoisin duck with chargrilled stem broccoli and noodles
4 duck breasts
1Tbsp of oil
1 Pack Noodles
1 Jar Plum & Hoisin Cooking Sauce
Tender stem broccoli

Cooking Method

  1. Score skin on duck breasts and fry in a pan to seal

  2. Add the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes

  3. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to packet and char broccoli in a pan over high heat for 5 minutes

  4. Drain the noodles and check duck is cooked through before serving with charred broccoli
