Smoked paprika and saffron paella

- Fresh, fragrant and fantastic! This summer dish is perfect for hosting. Add meat and fish for extra flavour!
- Ingredients:
- 750ml of stock
- 1 Sachet Smoked Paprika & Saffron Paella
- Cooked chicken and shrimp (Optional)
- Lemon and coriander (To garnish)

Cooking Method
Add stock and paella mix to a pan on high heat. Bring to boil, stir and then reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes
Remove from heat, leave rest for 5 minutes
Add optional cooked meat, fish or vegetables and serve with lemon slices and coriander
