Smoked paprika and saffron paella

Fresh, fragrant and fantastic! This summer dish is perfect for hosting. Add meat and fish for extra flavour!
750ml of stock
1 Sachet Smoked Paprika & Saffron Paella
Cooked chicken and shrimp (Optional)
Lemon and coriander (To garnish)

Cooking Method

  1. Add stock and paella mix to a pan on high heat. Bring to boil, stir and then reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes

  2. Remove from heat, leave rest for 5 minutes

  3. Add optional cooked meat, fish or vegetables and serve with lemon slices and coriander
