Slow Cooker Katsu Curry

- Forget ordering takeaway and make your own Katsu curry at home, in a slow cooker, without all the fuss!
- Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Katsu Curry Sauce
- 1 white onion
- 2 bell peppers
- 6 spring onions
- 2 chicken breasts
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cajun powder
- 1tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tin coconut cream
Cooking Method
Chop all vegetables and chicken breasts into medium sized pieces and add to the slow cooker pot.
Add all seasoning and oil to the pot, stir and cook on high for 1 hour.
To the pot, add Katsu Sauce and coconut cream, stir again, and cook on high for another 2 hours.
Serve with coconut rice and a sprinkle of coriander.
