Slow Cook chicken Satay Curry

410g chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
4 spring onions
1 can coconut milk
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 tsp garlic powder
1 bottle Peanut Satay Sauce

Cooking Method

  1. Dice chicken breasts into medium sized pieces, also do the same with the red pepper. Slice spring onions in half and then again length ways. Add chicken and vegetables into the slow cooker along with your salt, pepper and garlic powder, turn on high.  Let cook for 30 minutes.

  2. Add coconut milk and peanut satay sauce into the slow cooker, stir and leave for 4.5 hours until both vegetables and chicken are soft and cooked.

  3. Serve with boiled rice and a slice of lime. Enjoy!
