Pine Nut and Basil Risotto

A deliciously creamy risotto, perfect for sharing!
650ml of boiling stock
Tablespoon of olive oil
Pine Nut and Basil Risotto
Cherry Tomato's & basil (To garnish)

Cooking Method

  1. Add olive oil to a pan on medium/high heat and add the risotto mix. Sweat for 1 minute

  2. Add 300ml of stock. Cook on moderate heat until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Then add remaining stock and stir continuously until liquid is nearly absorbed.

  3. Finally, garnish with tomato’s and basil and any meat or fish of choice. Stir and Enjoy!
