Fresh Mediterranean flavours for a quick and easy meal solution!
500ml boiling stock
1 Tub fresh olives
50g Feta cheese
1 Sachet Mediterranean Tomato & Garlic Couscous
Fresh tomato's and basil (garnish)

Cooking Method

  1. Empty couscous into a jug, add 500ml of boiling stock, cover and leave to stand or 4 minutes.

  2. Serve with crumbled feta, tomatoes, olives and basil leaves
