- Ingredients:
- 500ml boiling stock
- 1 Tub fresh olives
- 50g Feta cheese
- 1 Sachet Mediterranean Tomato & Garlic Couscous
- Fresh tomato's and basil (garnish)

Cooking Method
Empty couscous into a jug, add 500ml of boiling stock, cover and leave to stand or 4 minutes.
Serve with crumbled feta, tomatoes, olives and basil leaves
