Giant Onion Bhaji

- Finely sliced onion smothered in a simple, fragrantly spiced Korma batter and fried to crispy perfection.
- Ingredients:
- 3 White Onions
- Small Bunch Coriander
- 1/2tsp Turmeric
- 1/2tsp Chilli Powder
- 100g Plain Flour
- 100ml Pint Water
- 1 Egg
- 3tbsp Korma Paste
- 1 Litre Sunflower Oil (For Frying)
Cooking Method
Pour 1 Litre of Sunflower Oil into a deep pan on high heat until a cooking thermometer reaches 160°C
Finely slice 3 Onions and fresh coriander and add to a bowl
Add all remaining ingredients and stir until combined
Divide the mixture into 10 round portions and add to the frying oil
Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!
