Easy Biryani Burritos

- Fully loaded with succulent chicken and spicy Biryani rice.
- Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 peppers
- 2 avocados
- 160g canned sweetcorn
- 400g red kidney beans
- 1 packet spiced biryani rice
- 1 tub of sour cream
- Grated cheese
- 4 Mexican burrito wraps (they look orange)
- 2tbsp vegetable oil
Cooking Method
Cook the Spiced Biryani Basmati Rice according to pack instructions
Meanwhile, slice your chicken breasts into strips and fry off in a pan with the vegetable oil
Add the sweetcorn and red kidney beans into the rice mix halfway through the rice cooking time
Slice up your peppers and avocados into strips and grate your cheese
Lay down some tinfoil and your large wrap on top
Fill your wrap with all components – chicken, cooked rice, peppers and avocado
Roll up the wrap folding in both ends, then wrap tinfoil around burrito to hold it all together and slice it in half
