Chicken Thai Green curry

A zingy and fresh aromatic Green Thai Curry
4 chicken breast diced
1 Diced white onion
1Tbsp olive oil
400ml coconut milk
1 Jar Thai Green Curry
Lime and coriander (garnish)

Cooking Method

  1. Add oil to a pan and fry chicken and onions over a high heat until brown

  2. Add coconut milk and curry paste, turn down the heat and simmer until thick and chicken is cooked

  3. Serve with rice and garnish with lime and corinander
