Chicken Biryani

Succulent chicken Biryani rice with a hint of spice!
650ml of chicken stock
4 skinless chicken breasts chopped into chunks
1 Chopped Onion
1 Sachet Spiced Biryani Rice
Almond flakes and coriander (optional garnish)

Cooking Method

  1. Brown the diced onion and chicken in a saucepan on high heat

  2. Then add stock and rice to the pan and bring to the boil

  3. Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer, stir and add the lid. Simmer for 20 minutes until most liquid absorbed, stirring occasionally

  4. Remove from heat and leave rest for 5 minutes with the lid on. Finally Fluff with a folk and serve with toasted almonds and coriander
