Ingredients:
2 Crispy Chicken breasts
1 Iceberg lettuce (Shredded)
50g Olives
50g Bacon lardons or streaky bacon
4Tbsps Kickin' Carolina Reaper Sauce
Blue Cheese (optional)

Cooking Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°c/180°c fan.

  2. Glaze breaded chicken with 2Tbsps Kickin’ Carolina Reaper Sauce and cook for 15 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, fry bacon until crispy, then prepare your salad bowl by adding shredded lettuce, olives, cooked bacon and optional blue cheese. Leave to one side.

  4. Once the chicken is cooked, add to salad bowl and drizzle remaining Kickin’ Carolina Reaper Sauce. Too hot? Add sour cream to tone down the heat.
