Wild Porcini and Parmesan Risotto

Creamy risotto with juicy wild mushrooms and parmesan.
1Tbsp olive oil
Chopped Extra Mushrooms (Variety of your choice)
700ml boiling stock
Wild Porcini Mushroom Risotto
Parmesan Shavings ( optional)

Cooking Method

  1. Add olive oil to a pan on medium/high heat and add the risotto mix. Sweat for 1 minute

  2. Add extra mushrooms and 300ml of stock. Cook on moderate heat until most of the liquid has been absorbed

  3. Add the remaining stock and stir continuously until liquid has been absorbed. Serve with parmesan shavings!
