Sundried Tomato, Chicken and Roast Garlic Pasta

A deliciously fresh family favourite
4 chopped chicken breast
1 Tbsp oil
Mozzarella (to serve)
500g Penne Pasta
1 jar Sundried Tomato and Roast Garlic Cooking Sauce
1 Punit Cherry Tomatoes

Cooking Method

  1. Heat oil in the pan over high heat and brown chicken for 5 mins

  2. Meanwhile, boil pasta according or packaging. Drain and set aside once cooked

  3. Add the sauce to the chicken and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through

  4. Finally, mix in the pasta to the sauce and chicken, add tomatoes and serve with grated mozzarella and crusty bread
