Marmalade Tart

- A delicious combination of rich dark chocolate and luxurious marmalade.
- Ingredients:
- 200g Orange, Lemon & Grapefruit Marmalade
- 150ml double cream
- 1 sweet pastry case
- 2Tbsp caster sugar
- 255g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solid)
- 1 orange, cut into 0.5cm slices
Cooking Method
Stir the marmalade, then spread over the base of the pre-made tart case and leave to one side.
To make the ganache, place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil, reduce to a low simmer. Add the cream and sugar and bring to a simmer, then take off the heat and add chopped 250g finely chopped chocolate and stir until a smooth and shiny consistency.
Pour the ganache over over the marmalade tart and spread evenly. Leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Once set, remove from the oven and decorate with remaining 5g chocolate (use a peeler to create shavings) and orange slices. Serve with pouring cream or custard.
