- Delicious hot dogs with crispy bacon and our Gourmet Hot Dog Sauce
- Ingredients:
- 4 large frankfurters
- 4 hot dog buns, split
- 200g bacon lardons
- 1 red onion
- small bunch chives, chopped
- 100g sour cream
- 1 bottle Cottage Delight Gourmet Hot Dog Sauce
Cooking Method
Fry the onions and bacon in a pan over a medium/high heat for 5 minutes.
Grill the sausages on high heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occassionally.
To assemble, spread sour cream on hot dog buns, add the sausage, fried onions and bacon, chopped chives and finish with a generous drizzle of Gourmet Hot Dog Sauce. Serve with potato fritters or chips.
