- Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts diced
- 1 Jar Korma Paste
- 1Tblsp of olive oil
- 1 diced white onion
- 300ml coconut milk
- Basmati rice to serve
- Nan bread (optional)
Cooking Method
Heat oil in a saucepan over a high heat and add onions and chicken. Fry until nearly cooked
Add Korma paste and stir for 1 minute
Then add coconut milk and bring to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer and cover for 20 minutes
Garnish with coriander and serve with rice and nana bread
