Chicken Korma

A traditional creamy and mild English curry
4 chicken breasts diced
1 Jar Korma Paste
1Tblsp of olive oil
1 diced white onion
300ml coconut milk
Basmati rice to serve
Nan bread (optional)

Cooking Method

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over a high heat and add onions and chicken. Fry until nearly cooked

  2. Add Korma paste and stir for 1 minute

  3. Then add coconut milk and bring to a boil. Then reduce to a simmer and cover for 20 minutes

  4. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice and nana bread
