Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce
Our Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce is a rich and sticky piquant sauce made with chilli, garlic, lime juice and paprika. Excellent as a pour-over or dipping sauce, especially with lightly battered, deep-fried vegetables, fish or prawns.
Our Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce should also be at the top of the shopping list when planning a barbecue as it is delicious as a sticky glaze for chicken, fish and meat as well as a perfect dipping sauce with crisps and crudités.
You could also use it to make our recipe for stir-fry thai chilli prawn noodles.
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, water, chilli purée (14%) (chillies, water, acetic acid, salt), garlic, salt, lime juice, stabiliser: xanthan gum, paprika extract, spirit vinegar, preservative: potassium sorbate.
