Cottage Delight's Rhubarb & Ginger Jam is a Gold Taste Award Winner. The flavours of rhubarb and ginger simply work so well together.
Our experienced jam makers have created this delicious preserve using traditional small batch methods in Staffordshire, hand stirring the jam in open copper pans and using only the finest ingredients.
Our Rhubarb & Ginger Jam is delicious on hot crumpets or add to a luxury fruit crumble for extra sweetness of flavour.
No artificial additives.
Sugar, Rhubarb (37%), Stem ginger in syrup (5%) (Stem ginger (48%), Sugar, Water), Gelling agent: Pectin, Acidity regulator: Citric acid, Concentrated lemon juice, Ground ginger, Processing aid: Salted butter (from Milk). Prepared with 39g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 66g per 100g.
