Special Fried Rice

200g Cooked Rice
150g Small Prawns
3 Spring Onions
75g Sweet corn
75g Peas
75g Carrot
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Cottage Delight Chinese Hoisin Sauce
2 Eggs
10g Salted Butter

Cooking Method

  1. Chop Garlic, Red Onion, Carrot and Spring Onion into small cubes

  2. Heat wok with sesame oil until smoking

  3. Add Red Onion to Wok for 2 minutes

  4. Add Garlic and cook with red onions until lightly brown

  5. Add butter

  6. Add two whole Eggs and one Yolk. Allow eggs to cook before stirring then break it up into chunks

  7. Add sweet corn, carrots and the white part of the spring onion for 1 minute while constantly stirring

  8. While vegetables are cooking add the Cottage Delight Hoisin Sauce until slightly thicker

  9. Add prawns

  10. Add cooked rice and stir well

  11. Cook for a further 4 minutes

  12. Add green parts of spring onion for a garnish and any additional Hoisin Sauce.
