A true cocktail classic with an exciting twist. The addition of indulgent Sea Salted Caramel Sauce creates a delicious velvety texture.
25ml coffee liqueur
25ml vodka
75ml whole milk (or cream)
2tsp Sea Salted Caramel Sauce

Cooking Method

  1. Using a teaspoon, drizzle half of the Sea Salted Caramel Sauce in to the glass, turning the glass slowly to create a marbled effect.

  2. Fill the glass with ice.

  3. Shake together the coffee liqueur, vodka, milk and the rest of the Sea Salted Caramel Sauce with a little ice. Shake well and strain into the glasses.

  4. For a festive touch, garnish the glass with a spring of rosemary and serve.
