Sea Salted Caramel Banoffee Mini Tartlets


Sea Salted Caramel Sauce is an indulgently creamy caramel sauce that can be used to create a luxurious no-cook party dessert in minutes.
1 Large banana
12 ready baked mini sweet pastry tartlets
12 tsp Sea Salted Caramel Sauce
200ml double cream
Honeycomb chocolate bar

Cooking Method

  1. Slice one large banana and place a slice in the base of 12 ready baked mini sweet pastry tartlets.

  2. Spoon 1tsp Sea Salted Caramel Sauce into each of the cases, covering the banana slice.

  3. Whip 200ml double cream until it lightly holds its shape and spoon 1 tsp of the whipped cream onto the top of each tartlet.

  4. Crumble a honeycomb chocolate bar into very small pieces and sprinkle across each tartlet. Or try alternative toppings such as lightly toasted mixed nuts.
