Hot Cross Buns
Sea Salted Caramel Sauce

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C, gas mark 4.

  2. Take 6 ramekins and put 1 tbsp of the caramel into the base of each. Pile the chopped hot cross buns on top, then ladle over the custard. Top each with a sprinkle of demerara sugar and bake for 20 minutes, until golden. Serve with any remaining sauce drizzled of caramel sauce over the top.
