Raspberry White Chocolate Baked Oats

These are super easy, filling and makes the perfect breakfast for someone with a sweet tooth!
75g plain oats
0.75 tsp baking powder⠀
Pinch of salt ⠀
1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
1 egg⠀
50 ml milk (any kind)⠀
1 tsp vanilla extract ⠀
100g White chocolate chips
1 handful fresh raspberries⠀
1 tbsp Zingy Raspberry Jam

Cooking Method

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 190 degrees C (fan)/210 degrees C (convection).

  2. Add the oats, baking powder, sugar and salt and mix together.⠀

  3. Stir in the egg, vanilla and milk.

  4. Pour the mixture into a small ramekin and top with white chocolate chips, raspberry jam and raspberries.⠀

  5. Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes before you eat.
