Raspberry White Chocolate Baked Oats

- These are super easy, filling and makes the perfect breakfast for someone with a sweet tooth!
- Ingredients:
- 75g plain oats
- 0.75 tsp baking powder⠀
- Pinch of salt ⠀
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
- 1 egg⠀
- 50 ml milk (any kind)⠀
- 1 tsp vanilla extract ⠀
- 100g White chocolate chips
- 1 handful fresh raspberries⠀
- 1 tbsp Zingy Raspberry Jam

Cooking Method
Start by preheating your oven to 190 degrees C (fan)/210 degrees C (convection).
Add the oats, baking powder, sugar and salt and mix together.⠀
Stir in the egg, vanilla and milk.
Pour the mixture into a small ramekin and top with white chocolate chips, raspberry jam and raspberries.⠀
Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes before you eat.
