Summary
You'll never eat shop-bought chips again! This simple side dish is perfect with fried chicken, juicy steaks or even with a dip at a BBQ!
Ingredients:
3 large baking potatoes
2tbsp Cottage Delight Smoky Chilli & Basil Oil

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.

  2. Cut the potatoes into 1cm wedges, and spread out on a large baking tray in one single layer. (Use two trays if necessary).

  3. Cover the wedges with the Chilli & Basil Oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

  4. Toss to cover.

  5. Roast in the oven for 40 – 45 minutes, until golden and crispy. (Remove halfway and agitate).

  6. Serve and enjoy!
