Potato Wedges

- You'll never eat shop-bought chips again! This simple side dish is perfect with fried chicken, juicy steaks or even with a dip at a BBQ!
Cooking Method
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
Cut the potatoes into 1cm wedges, and spread out on a large baking tray in one single layer. (Use two trays if necessary).
Cover the wedges with the Chilli & Basil Oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Toss to cover.
Roast in the oven for 40 – 45 minutes, until golden and crispy. (Remove halfway and agitate).
Serve and enjoy!
