1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7. Score each piece of chicken and coat with the Spicy Piri Piri Chutney, pushing into all of the cuts. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. In a pan of salted water partly cook the potatoes for around 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a large frying pan over a low heat sear the chicken on all sides for 4-5 minutes. Add the chopped peppers and potatoes, then coat everything in the juices from the pan.
3. In a large lidded casserole dish add all of the mixture, season well and place into the oven to roast for
30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with a sprinkling of oregano.
