Orange & Cranberry Chicken


2 tbsp Orange & Cranberry Thin Cut Marmalade 

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper

Combine the ingredients and season well. Mix well and pour over 4 chicken thighs. Leave to marinade for 1 hour to overnight. Cook the chicken at 200°C/180°C/gas 6 for approximately 25 minutes until cooked through, place under the grill for 2-3 minutes for a crispy finish.
