They aren't just for dipping! Use up your Mango Chutney with these deliciously easy Onion Bhajis.
Ingredients:
3 White Onions
Small Bunch Coriander
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
1tsp Turmeric
1tsp Chilli Powder
1tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Ground Coriander
1 Cup Plain Flour
1/4 Pint Water
1 Egg
3tbsp Indian Mango Chutney
1 Litre Sunflower Oil (For Frying)

Cooking Method

  1. Pour 1 Litre of Sunflower Oil into a deep pan on high heat

  2. Finely slice 3 Onions and fresh Coriander and add to a bowl

  3. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until combined

  4. Divide the mixture into 10 round portions and add to the frying oil

  5. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!
