- An Oklahoma classic, a slider with style, but loaded with sticky onions... extra juicy and flavourful!
- 4 quarter pounder beef burgers
- 4tbsp Sticky Balsamic Onions
- 1tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 4 thick slices of mature Cheddar
- 4 seeded hamburger buns
- Seasoned fries, to serve
- Salad, to serve
Heat a large frying pan over high heat with the olive oil. Add beef burgers and press down with a spatula to slightly flatten them. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Fry the burgers until brown on each side and cooked through. Add 1tbsp of Sticky Balsamic Onions to the top of each burger. Press down to embed the onions. After 1 minute, add cheese slices and heat until melted.
Slice the seeded buns and lightly toast on the inside then place burger inside the bun. Serve with fresh salad, seasoned fries, and a cold beer.
